Career Navigation Exploration

The Onboarding and Exploration module starts the Modular JA Workforce Coaching Program. It introduces participants to the coaching framework, fosters self-awareness, and promotes reflection on personal values and career interests. Participants will examine how work values affect career choices and use a career interest inventory to identify paths that match their strengths. This module establishes a foundation for coaching by helping participants define what matters to them, facilitating values-driven decision-making throughout the program. Upon completing this module, participants will work with their coach to set a personalized professional goal and develop skills in goal setting, decision-making, time management, and communication. The module requires a total commitment of 1 hour and 30 minutes, which includes 25 minutes of required content and 1 hour and 5 minutes of independent exercises.
